Commercial Finance is not normally regulated. References in this notice to “Walker Nicholas” and “Walker Nicholas Commercial” include Sutton Mortgages Ltd. Sutton Mortgages Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Sutton Mortgages Ltd is authorised for mortgage arranging and mortgage advice. Sutton Mortgages Ltd t/a Walker Nicholas are also a full member of the NACFB.
2. This website is designed for mortgage intermediaries, introducers only from whom Walker Nicholas Commercial obtains its business.
3. For intermediaries who wish to be accredited with Walker Jones, please register via the New Broker Registration page under the Introducers section. When you register with us, we will ask for information about you. We will store this information and use it to contact you about commercial mortgages. We may also pass this information to selected third parties to contact you about products and services in which you may be interested. Please inform us if you do not wish this to happen.
4. Once you have registered with us we will send you an accreditation form to complete, incorporating our standard terms of business. If you are with a Network registered with us you will be covered by those terms of business.
5. If you become accredited with Walker Nicholas, we will provide you with a user name and password. This user name and password must be kept secure and must only be made available to any of your employees, agents or sub-contractors who have been notified to us and you must tell us if any of them cease to be employed/engaged by you so that we can change the user name/password. You will be responsible for all activity which takes place under the user names and passwords which we supply you with.
6. While Walker Nicholas takes every precaution to ensure the security of its systems, the security of transmissions by email or over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Therefore any information you do email or send to us over the internet is at your own risk.
